We often think we have to be doing something monument-us by the worlds standards to ever be accomplishing anything. But that is not true at all.

To have a life that pleases God is really quite simple.

Do your best with the task right in front of you no matter how small or insignificant  it may seem to you or to others around you. And if God has given you bigger things and people to manage, remember that each detail and person matter the same. Take care with a kind heart.

Be faithful.

Be as joyful as possible too.

And if you mess up a lot or things go south and you really are discouraged about your performance, don’t let it eat you all up.

Or if you do amazing and people cheer, don’t get a big head about yourself.

It’s all potatoes when you see the big picture of grace.
